    Swiss Cheese Truffle Fondue
We all have our cheat days. We all have that one dish we consider to be our sinful indulgence. My husband and I discovered ours on our last visit to Switzerland, A Swiss cheese Fondue! The cheese was delicious with a lot of flavors and melted in the mouth. After this wonderful experience, we, of course, wanted to try it out on our own at home. The lingering question was, would it be possible to use a cheese combination which would retain the amazing flavor as well as keep it light on the hips?
